“Due to work, it was easier for me to do the pickup and drop off option. Super easy. The updates were crazy precise and pictures were included. Turn around time was great at only 3 hours from time of pickup to my vehicle being dropped back off. Driver was very nice and answered all my questions.”

“Do not take your car here for service or purchase a car here. Rusty and Lucas do terrible business and do not care about their customers. I took my 2013 Fusion here for a diagnostic and quote bc a family friend recommended them. They not only took over a week to get back to me and was never available when I called but they swindled me into signing off on what was explained to me as a estimate and tried to charge me $1k to tell me what I already told them was wrong with the car! $175 to look at the headlight that’s obviously broken! The quote for service came back for $12k lol Then they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by taking off the cost of the alignment they didn’t even perform. If I hadn’t pushed for an explanation I would have paid for a service they didn’t even do! Literally already having a bad experience and they made it much worse. I pray you avoid ever trusting them.”
