“Recently Found an awesome preowned 2024 corvette convertible that was at this dealership and my wife and I stopped in and had a top notch experience when purchasing it. Robert Eisenbach is one of the nicest, friendly and accommodating sales people I have ever worked with. We also met Lauren & her dog Cisco which was fantastic. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment. Highly recommend. We are from Cleveland and it was definitely worth the drive to Easton. They even offered to deliver the car to us from Columbus which is so accommodating and greatly appreciated!”

“They deleted my previous review. I bought a Porsche Cayenne that is missing part of the key. I noticed this during the paperwork process and was told they’d figure it out. They figured it out by telling me I’m on my own and go get a key from Porsche.
My car was not detailed, I had to ask the salesman to put gas in it, it was on E and he wanted me to just accept it and asked if it was a big deal. If you buy a Land Rover or Jaguar, they may treat you better.
Overall it was an OK experience, the finance manager was cool, salesman was cool on a personal level. Overall I do not recommend this dealer and will not return.”

“I had a mixed experience with Jaguar Land Rover regarding a used Tesla Model X I considered purchasing.
On the positive side, the team was communicative, responsive, and professional throughout most of the process. They answered questions promptly and were easy to reach, which I appreciated.
However, things became concerning toward the end. The vehicle had an issue that had not been repaired before listing, and I was asked to move forward with signing a purchase agreement and handle the repairs myself afterward due to wait time at the Tesla dealership. For a vehicle at this price point, I didnt feel comfortable taking on unresolved problems post-purchase. Additionally, some of the information I received late in the process felt inconsistent, which made me question the transparency around the deal.
Because of that, I ultimately decided not to proceed.
I hope they improve their pre-sale inspection and repair process, as it would make the buying experience much more straightforward and trustworthy.”

“I worked with Adam Gentry at Land Rover Easton. I am extremely happy with my entire car buying experience. Adam was knowledgeable and helped me navigate the buying process from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. Because of the experience, I would recommend them to others in the market and will definitely be using them for services moving forward.”

“What an absolute treat it was working with Robert and the team! This was my second time officially buying a car, and Robert completely exceeded all expectations. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Before I left, he even sat with me in the car to walk through every single feature—it’s clear he genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about each and every one of his clients.
I was also blown away by how efficient the whole process was. We had a 1:00 PM appointment and were out the door by 2:30! The last time we bought a car, we were there for nearly 4–5 hours.
Thank you, Robert, for making this experience such a wonderful one—you’ve really set the bar high for any future purchases! And a huge thank you to the rest of the team for making everything so fast and smooth. If anyone is looking to buy a car, I cannot recommend Robert highly enough!”
