“Overall it was an enjoyable experience & we purchased the Pilot & paid for it in full. Our only concern was we paid to have this vehicle shipped from another CarMax location in another state. Once it arrived & we test drove it there was an expectation from sales that we were going to purchase on the spot right then & there. If customer finds the vehicle, pays to have it shipped from another location there should be a 48-72 hour window for prospective buyer to test drive, discuss it at home & think about for proper due diligence before making final decision to buy or not. Other than that it was a solid & positive buying experience.”
