“Had a great car buying experience with Byers Volvo - and specifically my sales associate Dante Sino (as well as the finance manager and used sales manager, I think those were their titles.) Found a car I liked, researched it for a week or so. Called in to confirm availability, Dante answered and had it brought up for me to check it out and test drive. He explained a lot of the features to me which was helpful as a first time Volvo soon-to-be owner. Test drove great. Felt no pressure to buy from Dante. Appreciate he kept good communication thru text with me thru this process. Came back next day, test drove with the Mrs - small issue popped up with the car - sales manager (forget his name sorry, but he was very nice and cordial as well!) assured it’d be resolved. Came in the next day, was a simple fix (auxiliary battery) and signed and drove away! Credit app process was simple and easy, no high pressure sales - the gentleman who did the paperwork and financing was also extremely polite and friendly - I did decline most extended warranties but he didn’t make me feel like that was life or death; best experience I’ve ever had with the folks who work his role. (Sorry I also forget his name but he was GREAT!) Overall, very happy. Loving the new vehicle. Sorry to Dante as I called him Damien before and now that’s his nickname around the team apparently lol, but hey, he’s a great guy and has great customer service and professionalism. Looking forward to having the vehicle serviced here and potentially more business in the future. Also - I have received no incentive to write this review - I’m just a guy, but I recognize folks who are doing good work and I had a great experience buying a car here. That’s it. “Purchased a car that went pretty smooth. My issue is the financial manager. I have been trying to get my registration since November we are now almost in February and still do not have it. I have contacted on numerous occasions and rarely if ever get a response. This is by far the biggest headache I have ever had purchasing a car. The lack of accountability and the fact that I am the one who has consistently tried to reach out and never once did Jordan the financial manager reach out to me with any update. I fully regret giving them my business, and I will 100% let anyone I know to stay away. They acted so friendly and eager to have our business and treated my family well until we finalized our purchased. After that we were left in the back burner. I will let everyone in the military community in the area know as well. Stay away from this place. It’s only a headache and has tainted my car buying experience.”

“Fredy was our salesman and he was very friendly and accommodating and made the experience quick and good. Never had to talk to a manager or do a bunch of going back and forth on the deal which I like. Gentleman in the finance office was also very nice and friendly. Purchased a really nice used car. Probably paid a little more than what we should have but I think that's kind of everywhere right now as used cars or a little higher than they should be. Overall satisfied.”
