“I worked with Thomas and Lance. Thomas was the one who initially sold the car to me and did a great job explaining everything. He was extremely thorough. I did not think I was going to end up with a Subaru, but I did and I absolutely love it. Thomas was out on a trip for a few days after our visit to Byers, so Lance helped to discuss the price of the vehicle with me. He was very nice and willing to work with me to get what I wanted as they didn’t have the specific model or color I wanted in stock, originally. The day I bought the vehicle, Lance helped me set up Apple CarPlay and showed me all of the features again which was extremely helpful and I was very appreciative of that as my last vehicle was from 2010 and this was all brand new to me. I have never bought a new vehicle before, but these guys were fantastic and the process seemed to be very smooth. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Thomas and Lance!”

“I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at this dealership. During my initial visit, I had scheduled an appointment with Renae, who greeted me with a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. Having already researched the vehicle I was interested in, she quickly gathered the necessary details and arranged a test drive. Renae demonstrated extensive knowledge of the car and its features, taking the time to walk me through its functionality in detail. After the drive, she introduced me to the manager and respectfully acknowledged that I still had other vehicles I wanted to test. Rather than using the opportunity to persuade me or compare models, she encouraged me to continue my research—an approach I truly appreciated. I left that day feeling like a valued customer, and four days later, I returned to purchase the car. I was undecided on the color, and Renae responded to every one of my texts with enthusiasm and patience, walking me through nearly all available options in that model until I made a final decision. While finalizing the paperwork, the manager informed me that a new promotion had just become available and suggested I wait one more day to take advantage of the savings. His transparency and customer-first approach further reinforced my positive impression of the dealership. The following day, I drove home in my first new car since 1998. Every interaction I had—from the initial appointment to the final delivery—was marked by kindness, professionalism, and integrity.
