“Had my 2015 cadilac serviced at Sons on 11 Feb 26 and was very disappointed. Was quoted a price for repairs. Went to pick it up and they had added an 11% fee for "Shop Supplies". I'm fine with a reasonable fee for shop supplies but that is way too much and they never told me about it until I try and pay the bill. Also, they left grease on the steering wheel and driver's seat. Altogether a really bad experience.”

“* ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW* Edit- my review was read, I was called and they apologized. Offered discount on service. They made it right and did not overcharge or try to sell me anything extra I did not need. Customer service department needs work but they made an effort to show that they take in feedback and use it which I was appreciative of. Made an appointment, didn’t even get my truck looked at that day. They never called to update me I had to call them and they told me “be patient” and gave me no information. Says that making an appointment gets you in the “que” but does not mean your vehicle will get looked at tha day. When I called about it they cut me off every time I attempted to speak. Customer service needs work”

“We bought a used 2020 Escalade in July. A few days after we bought it it was making a scrubbing noise when I turned the wheel. My husband took it in and they said it was the sway bar. Got it back and it was still making the noise. Husband said they fixed it. Cool great. On top of that when they bought it from auction key remote was not actually keyed to card. Battery died and we could not use it to get in. Sons said it wasn’t their problem because we bought it as is. Wouldn’t you think that would be part of the 360 degree check they do when they buy a car from auction? Guess not. Two weeks ago we had a tire blow out. Had the car towed because the tires were worn from the scrubbing that was never fixed. $1200 later and new tires and a new alignment. I told my husband it still wasn’t right. Husband took apart front axels and found fishing line wrapped around the joints under the boot on the front driver side. If they did the work they said then the 100 point inspection done, they would’ve seen the bad parts. Wheel bearings and joints bad. Had they done a complete check on the tires and assembly they would’ve seen they were bad and separating. But they wanted to weld a part you typically do not weld. Last night I’m driving to get one of my children, my running lights are out. Turns out I’m missing relays. Which is funny because I had running lights before the dealership got a hold of it. Do not go to them for service. Customer Service is a joke. The work is a joke. Now it’s a waiting game to see what else goes wrong.”

“My experience at the dealership was very positive. The sales lady was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She made the purchase of my Blazer smooth and stress-free. The only challenge I experienced was getting Waze navigation set up, which took some time and was a bit confusing. A little extra assistance with that would have been helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and would recommend this dealership.”

“We had such a great experience with Mr. Jerome Allen. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. What stood out the most was that we never felt pressured to just buy anything, he truly took the time to listen to what we needed and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone in sales who makes you feel like they actually care about your experience, but he did exactly that. We left not only with the right car but also with peace of mind knowing we made the best choice. Highly recommend!”
