Which I was given a breakdown of the work done and pictures of the 16 point inspection while the vehicle was still there. The staff, Rachelle and the drivers, who transported my vehicle to and from the dealer were friendly, courteous and professional. Again thank you for a service well done.”

“I would give only one star but I won’t because at least they fixed my car’s issue. I brought in a battery I purchased somewhere else and I just needed it installed. Simple enough right? Wrong. First off, the staff, from the service desk to the gift shop, could use a class in customer service. They’re not friendly at ALL. And they lack communication skills. Because I was assured my installation could be done in what seemed like a timely manner, but no one told me my day would be canceled because we waited on this simple fix for over 3 (THREE) HOURS. They say they also did some recalls, but never said those would take hours either. I’m under the impression they forgot about my vehicle altogether and told me whatever was necessary to bide themselves time. I will continue to avoid the Mercedes dealership at all costs anytime I can get my Benz serviced somewhere else. These people walk around like they hate their job and hate customers and have no respect for people’s time, and no incentives whatsoever for veterans or disabled veterans, which is astounding considering how many veterans drive Mercedes vehicles. The only service office employee i saw being friendly with customers this time and who was helpful to me in the past is the young lady with the sides of her head shaved. She was awesome and very informative. The rest of Mercedes is a nightmare.”
