Trevor was the service technician who texted me a video summary of my truck's multi-point inspection. Very professional and comprehensive and much appreciated. The shop looked clean and organized, and the team took good care of my truck. The best news... they took my poor description of the maintenance I needed and quickly converted it to what the truck required. I said I needed a transmission fluid flush and fill due to an engine shudder at high speeds, and they translated that to the very common torque converter shudder on all trucks (regardless of brand). Joshua Wood was the technician for the transmission service - GREAT job Joshua! John communicated with me through the entire service, and the vehicle was ready well before I expected. “I wanted to leave a review to give a big shout out to Talmadge. I went to the dealer Friday in hopes to upgrade to an suv. All the staff was super friendly. Talmadge helped me and I love that he wasn’t super pushy. He makes you feel very comfortable, offered water and popcorn while I waited, and just made the whole experience a very positive one. Joe was the finance guy and did a great job trying to get you the best rate. If you’re looking for a car, I definitely recommend!”

“Either the factory or the dealership is wrong all the time. Parts being shipped separately arriving at different times. In complete work done on vehicle. Almost 3 weeks for a seat issue and battery replacement. Never get the same story from the same person in services get a call vehicle is done show up find this. This is just sloppy business at it finest. Try to trade up and they give you zero chance or pricing for your car but there's is 60 plus. This is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and anger at lies to your face. Job well done not here. Not here.”
