“I think my car and I became regulars at Red Noland Cadillac after bringing it in a few times for different issues (none of which were the dealership’s fault 😅). Thankfully, Peter in the service department was always there to help. He was professional, patient, and kept me updated every time.
Even with all the visits, Peter made the experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer service like that makes a big difference. Thanks again, Peter!”

“I am very on the fence on this place. They were nice and took time to help me decide on the right car. However it seems this is not the place to get a good deal on a car. It’s a place to overpay and get something else instead? They have the car I wanted, been sitting over 200 days but wouldn’t match or even try to match other offers I got. Spent a lot of time there. They told me they were motivated to make a deal. Made it seem like they would make a competitive offer but then showed me full MSRP. I am not their target customer as I am not willing to pay 18% more than other dealers for the privilege of doing business there.
More concerning is after buying the vehicle elsewhere I called the service department to get a quote on adding a trailer hitch. I did my research and got multiple quotes. Know that GM recommends 2hrs of labor. Was flat out lied to that it’s a super involved process of removing the bumper (easy) and that it would be a 5hr job. I’m convinced they are trying to take advantage of uneducated, unsuspecting customers. However, they must know that customers have the internet and phones and can find out the information themselves.
So from my perspective it seems that both sales and service are trying to take advantage of people that don’t want to do any research and go in and listen to everything this place says to them. It’s unfortunate because now I need to go to Denver to get my Cadillac serviced.
I hope Red Nolan sees this review and tries to convince me they weren’t being dishonest with that service quote and try to explain why they are simply unwilling to sell their cars at a fair market value when other dealers are.”

“Sales team was fine and did good job. Warranty for new car was really just a piece of paper that prompts you to come have their service department look at the vehicle and overcharge you for what they “won’t find” wrong with it lol. Truck had blown suspension after buying it and something tells me they doctored it up to get through the sale as it fell through pretty fast after purchase. Head sales technician lied to my face about the reverberation and just gas lighted me. The truck had a great interior and good “ bones “ so 2,000$ later with some creative purchasing/ problem solving this was taken care of.
I however have to warn others of the transparency and honesty of the sale. More than anything though was the incompetence or maybe dishonesty of the service team. You just know when you are being lied to and for those that read this may you take that as you will. Happy hunting and good luck!”

“My wife recently purchased a beautiful 2026 CT5-V from Red Noland Cadillac. She had ordered a 2026 CT-5 Premium Luxury from another dealer and had been waiting months for an allocation. She found this car while on-line and called the dealership. Her sales person, Jim Williams, was very helpful. He emailed pictures and additional requested information. An appointment was made to see the vehicle. We live in the Denver metro area and made the 50+ mile trip. Jim was waiting for us as we entered the lot and made the purchase extremely easy. There was never any pressure and the negotiation was simple. We've owned seven Cadillacs between the two of us and this may have been the easiest Cadillac purchase we've had. I'll be contacting Red Noland Cadillac and Jim Williams for the purchase of my next Cadillac. Keep up the great work and well worth the trip!”
