As soon as the part was available, I received a text message with options for the date and time to come perform the service. When I arrived, Michelle went through all of the details and offered me a complementary ride home. While they were working on my car, they were sending me updates and as soon as it was ready, they sent a shuttle to pick me up and bring back to the dealership. The team was done with my car within a few hours. Overall great customer service and car service.”
