“This is a forth Kia I own. Recalls are never fun. The team at Kia went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. As soon as the part was available, I received a text message with options for the date and time to come perform the service. When I arrived, Michelle went through all of the details and offered me a complementary ride home. While they were working on my car, they were sending me updates and as soon as it was ready, they sent a shuttle to pick me up and bring back to the dealership. The team was done with my car within a few hours. Overall great customer service and car service.”

“I took my wife’s car to Phil Long Kia for a recall service and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. From the moment I checked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle, our service consultant, really stood out. She kept me updated the whole time and made sure I understood what was being done. I never felt rushed or out of the loop.
The service team completed the recall and also did a full inspection. They gave me a heads up on a few things to keep an eye on down the road.
What really impressed me was the convenience. The shuttle team took me to work, picked me up later, and even delivered the car back to my workplace. That made the whole process so easy.
Overall, the experience was smooth, stress free. Big thanks to Michelle Labbe and the entire team at Phil Long Kia. I would definitely go back.”

“I had an excellent experience with the service department at Phil Long Kia. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The service advisor clearly explained everything that was being done, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process.
The work was completed efficiently, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the visit even better.
It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I trust this team with my vehicle and will absolutely return for future service. Highly recommended!”

“I started out by submitting an inquiry online and my salesperson, George, was an absolute pleasure working with. He got me approved with not great credit and ended up getting me into one of my dream vehicles at a really decent monthly rate. I will absolutely be recommending this dealership and my sales person to anybody who is looking for a vehicle. I am extremely satisfied and we will be returning in a couple of months to get my fiancé a vehicle. And the people in service, especially AJ is absolutely amazing. All of these employees are absolute rockstars!”

“Phil Long Kia was excellent to work with. Aw an out of state buyer I was impressed with their service. I flew in, they picked me up from the airport. When we arrived at the dealership all of the paperwork was ready to sign, the car was washed, fueled up and ready to drive away. They met me at my timeline, and made sure I was taken care of. My salesman, Jason was polite, and handled all of my needs.”
