“We worked together and came to a fair price. Test drove twice and our salesman, Brendon, was very helpful and not pushy. Very good to deal with. Adrian in the finance department handled our financing and made sure we received the best rate possible. He even helped lower the cost of an extended warranty. Very happen with our purchase!”

“*BUYERS BEWARE*
I recently purchased a 2025 Mach E from this location. The overall sales experience wasn't terrible, I'd say it was average at best. If I was reviewing based off of that experience alone, I'm sure it would be a higher rating. This 1-star review is based on the absolute lack of care this dealership took with my vehicle when it was in repair, and every time I picked it up there was yet another issue that was caused by the dealership's failure to properly execute a repair. I purchased this vehicle 09/18/2025, my salesman was Joshua Eckhart and sales manager was David Bales, and ever since then it has been an absolute rigmarole.
About a week or so after purchasing I took the car for its first car wash, I noticed a dent on my rear quarter panel, I immediately notified the sales team, it being a brand-new vehicle with below 1000 miles. They had agreed to fix it. And I was honestly very happy with the decision... the excitement ends there. I was told to bring it in that following Wednesday 10/08/2025 and pick it up Thursday 10/09/2025 so their PDR guy could fix the issue, when I arrived both Josh and David were not working that day and I was told no one else was aware of the repair. I contacted David the sales manager, he apologized and said to bring it in the following Wednesday, which I did. And lo and behold "the PDR guy actually comes in on Tuesdays". So, I was told to bring it in that Monday 10/20/2025 and pick it up Tuesday. And finally, after all of this I was able to drop the vehicle off and awaited its repair. I received the vehicle that Tuesday, and the PDR guy damaged the taillight that was only inches away from where the dent was... and they were refusing to replace the taillight. After some back and forth, they agreed to fix the issue... and I was hoping that is where it would end... just wait it gets better. I dropped the vehicle off the 12th of November and picked it up on the 14th on a Friday... and the taillight was loose, and the bumper was nicked by the tech on installation. I immediately noticed and brought it to David's attention, he said they would take "care" of it... heard that one before. They had the car again for another week to fix the taillight and also repair the damaged paint. I received the vehicle 12/05/2025.... AND THERE IS OVERSPRAY COVERING PRETTY MUCH EVERY PANEL AND THE WINDSHIELD, along with multiple new scratches all over the vehicle, in areas I can't even understand how. It's been nearly 2 months since the original issue was supposed to be remediated... They refuse to fix either, stating they have already lost money on the deal. It is not my fault you have lost money. It is your guy's complete lack of so-called "care" when taking my vehicle into possession that is costing you money. And the refusal to repair the vehicle is absolutely unacceptable. In writing this review I hope to get remediation without escalation or at the very least steer any new buyers in a different direction, so you don't have to go through a similar situation. Ford Chapel Hills has dropped the ball, and I fear has no chance of recovery.
Update 12/17/25
They tried to "fix" the issue. But there are still scratches on the roof and the overspray is still there in a few places. They are refusing to complete the repair. They are just trying to do a quick fix at this point. One of the employees, didn't catch his name had asked me "why dont you take care of it". I refused to take the car but they made me take ownership under protest.”

“I had the absolute BEST experience at Phil Long Ford! Weston was hands-down the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He took care of me from start to finish, was incredibly patient, and genuinely wanted to help me find the car of my dreams — and he did!
