“I had a loud annoying knock in my Jeep Gladiator when turning or moving the steering wheel slightly in either direction. My wife and I tried endlessly to figure out what the issue was with no success. I brought it into to the service department and they kept it for several days trying to diagnose what was causing the issue. I am so pleased they took the time and fixed the issue. My service technician was John (wish I knew his last name) and the service advisor was Mark Gurule. The service tech, John, actually came out and explained in detail how they found the issue and fixed it. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did indicate it was tough to diagnose (probably to make me feel better!). Drives great now with no noise. Just wanted to say thanks again John! Amazing work...”
