“We bought 2 cars and were able to get them and leave the dealership.. . Got a call 3 weeks later to be told we had to sign a "COUPLE" of paperwork.. brought our 3 year old child with us to find out we had to re do ALL of the paperwork( we couldve gotten child care if we knew it would be an all day thing ).. with no warning... then we were expected to provide UPDATED payroll and proof of address AGAIN, even though it was already provided when the cars were first purchased.... if I had known or was communicated to us it wouldn't be a big issue....these people need to learn to communicate.... one of the car engine lights is already on....”

“Ed, John and Cowboy are amazing. We came in very apprehensive about buying, but we definitely needed to. Car dealerships and the salesmen can be very overwhelming and pushy most of the times but we got none of that here at lakeside. They were okay with us just looking and driving a couple around, took time to truly get to know us and our needs, and we ended up buying the perfect Subaru! We are so grateful for the team here at Lakeside Auto.”

“DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Salesman Herman C. handled my sale under the guise of a friendly, helpful car salesman, who did a wonderful job of maintaining constant communication and answering questions in a timely manner prior to completing the sale, only to become the most difficult to reach, ambiguous, unhelpful (stereotypical) greedy salesman after signing paperwork. It's been several months since I took on car loan payments and he continues to duck calls and avoid my questions and concerns regarding finalizing sales matters. Granted, this is my only experience buying a car, but by far the worst car sales experience that I've ever heard of. Completely unprofessional and two-faced, only interested in making sales, with no regard for customer concerns after receiving his commission. Please learn from my mistakes and go literally anywhere else to buy a car. Facebook marketplace is a more reliable, trustworthy option than this place.”

“First off, I did buy a car from here. However, they had it over the weekend when I had bought it, nor did it have its temporary title or did I have the registration. This place is horrible with paperwork and they focus solely on selling cars but don’t put enough attention on paperwork that they have to provide. I waited almost 2 months to get my paperwork to just get my proper plates. When I called and needed help with paperwork, the one person who could do it was NEVER there. I had to drive back to this dealership too many times for paperwork I should’ve been given at the beginning. This has caused too many inconveniences for it to be okay. If you have the mindset and time to go back and forth between this place, then feel free to. I however, will never be doing this again. This has been a hassle for a first car, and this place has been far from helpful and has caused just about every issue.”

“Had a great auto purchase experience! Ed was great and made the purchase easy and calming. Had to do a couple things to the vehicle before pick up and that was done quickly and with care. When it's time for another vehicle we will go back.”
