“I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services at Serramonte Ford for my MACH-E, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I contacted the staffers via phone I discovered that the service division had built-in flexible drop-off times that worked well with my current work schedule, and my daughters school schedule. Upon retrieval of our MACH-E the friendly staff made me feel welcomed and valued. They were knowledgeable and eager to answer all my questions, which really put me at ease. The service itself was top-notch. The quality of the work performed on my MACH-E was exceptional, and it was clear that the technicians were well-trained and experienced in handling electric vehicles. I particularly appreciated the competitive pricing; (upcoming service), it felt great to get such high-quality service without breaking the bank. Perhaps what stood out most was the quick turnaround time. I was impressed how efficiently they completed the work without compromising quality. I highly recommend Serramonte Ford for anyone looking for reliable service. They have certainly earned my trust and loyalty, and I will be returning for all my future service needs!

“My whole experience with Ford Serramonte has been wonderful. Leo in particular was terrific. We had a great test drive on a Ford Mustang Mach E. This is my first electric car and I knew nothing about the technology and features, upgrading from a 2011 Subaru. Leo was knowledgeable and engaging and made me feel comfortable with what I felt were silly ignorant questions. He never made me feel embarrassed to ask even the smallest question. He also sent me up with the app to make sure that I was all set with the features in the car. My interactions with Sean were terrific as well. He was warm, down to earth, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through. Jason (J-Ro) in the finance side was awesome. He was a joy to be around and explained everything I was signing as this is my first lease. I could not rate the whole experience more highly. Thank you, Ford Serramonte!”
