“I dropped my 2023 Dodge Ram 3500 off to be serviced on 7/5/25. The shop didn't begin repairs until 8/15/25. They told me that my front and rear brakes, rotors and calipers needed to be replaced and they changed out the differential oil. On 8/17/25 I picked up my truck and they said all the repairs were done. On 8/19/25 my truck was leaking differential oil in the rear. I called for several days but could never get an answer. On 9/3 I drove to the repair shop and informed them of the leak. I continued to call but couldn't get an answer again. On 9/13 I drove the truck to Nashville and I let another Dodge dealership look at my truck and they said the calipers hadn't been replaced and the differential oil was jet black and it hadn't been replaced as well. I was charged $6901.08 for repairs that were never done and I can never get anyone on the phone to confirm when I can bring my truck back. They (Jody) told me that they give 10-30% military discounts but I only received $100 off of $7000. I was later told that the Owner only allows them to give out $100 discount. This is false advertising. They do terrible work, they falsify the work that they do and they over charge. Don't take your vehicle here for repairs, they will only cause more damage. They have no integrity.”
