“This location operated at a 3 for me , but due to my 5 star experience and level of effort and solutions from Ronald Banks i am giving a 4. My 5 stars are for Ronald Banks moreso than the location. I booked my appointment the week prior for the first appt for the day with a female representative and was offered shuttle service to my job 1.8miles away and booked that. I arrived on time to be told that the shuttle didn’t begin until 9am. I informed Ronald that i was going to have to return once shuttle services began as you can see i booked my appointment with that expectation. He informed me with me having routine maintenance of oil change and tire rotation coming back later shouldn’t have me in aback up of cars. My tuition told me to call the shop before heading back at 9am to find out if the shuttle was in fact running. The service operater Shay was pleasant but didn’t have the answer and wanted to be sure , so i was forwarded to service and was told they hadn’t had a shuttle running for quite a while and that the would cover an uber but only one way, I’d be responsible for coming getting back to my car. She i arrived to drop my car off, Ronald remembered me from the morning came and check my car in and apologies for the shuttle situation he quickly accommodated my ride to work and back. In a world of service sometimes things just happens there are so many moving parts that impact a workers ability to satisfy a customer, whether they are the direct blame or not. But good service bottoms out to identifying and executing solutions. And Ronald did that all while communicating via text while the car was inspected, estimated for repair and completed. My review for him is a 5. The location however came off as a bit unorganized and not working as a unit. Which is unpar with the current reviews regarding communication and organization”

“I’ve had repeatedly negative experiences at College Park Hyundai over the years, but my visit today was a significant improvement. Robert was my service advisor and provided excellent customer service. He listened to my concerns, made sure everything was addressed, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Because of him, I feel much better about returning and would request Robert as my service advisor in the future.”

“Excellent car buying experience. Highly recommend Steven Johnson - an excellent human and sales rep. He always promptly responded to texts post sale and took care of few issues. Please see him for any car purchases. Everyone at this dealership I met had smile on the face when addressing you and great helping attitude. “I drove over 3.5 hrs to purchase from this dealership. Great customer service!! Muhammad was amazing very helpful and extremely responsive. Everyone was very accommodating. I would encourage anyone to purchase from this dealership!!! My car is beautiful great customer service 10/10 I would definitely recommend!!!”
