“What a car adventure that I just went on. Was in a lease fighting to get out of it. Cocoa Ford stepped up Mike and Charice kept motivating communication with me, which kept me from backing out and canceling appointment. Upon arrival appointment with Charice got changed unfortunately, but Eric stepped in full of energy, great listening skills to understand the whole situation, and the willingness to work hard to get us taken care of.
