“Very concerning experience — glad we checked the paperwork carefully. This happened a little over a month ago but I’ve finally found time to write this review. We went in to look at three Tahoes and were upfront about our budget. The vehicle we focused on was a 2018 Tahoe. The dealership did disclose that it had been in an accident that wasn’t reported, meaning the title is technically clean. After a pre-purchase inspection and negotiation, we agreed on $23,000 out the door, which felt fair given the accident history. We went in to sign paperwork, and just before signing, the manager verbally confirmed the $23k price. Thankfully, my husband reviewed the itemized paperwork before signing — the price listed was $27,000, not what we had agreed to. When we saw the discrepancy, we took the paperwork and walked out. Always review everything carefully before signing. What is said verbally does not always match what’s on paper.”

“Since I was almost 3 hrs away, there were challenges right from the start. With only 3 pics of the exterior, and the rest interior, I asked Neil if he had additional exterior pics or videos of the car. He recorded a short video, and it made a great impression with me. I showed up on a Wednesday, Neil said take it for a drive, and I wanted him to ride with me, but it turns out it was a very busy day for CaRite. He answered all my questions I feel honestly, and in a matter of fact way. We did the paperwork that day, so when I came back the next day to get (my) car, it was quick and easy. So, do yourself a favor, if CaRite has what you're looking for, l if you're not sure, let them show you what you might want or need. They truly are, haggle/hassle free !! Good luck !”

“I went to Carite of Cocoa to look at a 2018 Nissan Titan 4X4 they had on their lot. I met salesman Neil Fleischmajer who offered to show me the vehicle. I was allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive on my own and was also allowed to take the vehicle home so I could take it to my mechanic the following morning to be independently inspected. Minor issues were found and I advised Neil of the concerns. He assured me that all concerns would be addressed and they were to my satisfaction. He went over and above to ensure I was totally satisfied with the vehicle purchase. To be honest I didn't expect to experience the first class quality of customer satisfaction especially when I was interested in a used vehicle.
