“I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. The customer service here is some of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. The lack knowledge, lack of communication, and lack of service speaks for itself. I have been trying to reach someone there for 3 weeks regarding a question I had about my warranty. You would think pretty cut and dry. Nope. Called service, they had no idea. Called again, transferred me to finance. Okay no problem. No answer, and guess what, mailbox is full so cannot leave a message. And mind you, I called and left multiple messages, utilized their text feature. Absolute not one call or text back from anyone. The lack of care for you as a customer is disgusting! I will now be going to a different Jeep dealership who picked up the phone right away and answered my question immediately! Do not ever go here. Do not buy a vehicle from them. And certainly, do not have service done. You have a lost a customer. I hope you can get the employees customer service training. It is definitely needed.”

“I’d give a zero star if I could. When I went there I told them my credit was shit after my divorce. And also informed them I was self employed. I told them I am 99% sure I won’t be approved but it’s worth the shot. Next thing I know some how they got me approved. But after getting the car bringing it home getting it tagged the whole nine, they got me approved under false information. They didn’t put on the application that I was 1099 they put I was employed w2. So after a week of having the car and falling in love with it I had to bring it back. Because the loan company pulled their offer after finding out I was 1099.”
