“I had a truly great experience at Mazda of Clermont while helping my mom with her car. We brought it in because the A/C wasn’t working properly, which is definitely not something you want to deal with in Florida!
From the moment we arrived, the service was professional, organized, and welcoming. Anthony Gioino was the person in charge of handling our case, and he and the service crew were outstanding. They took the time to explain the issue clearly, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
What really stood out was his honesty, communication, and attention to detail. He made my mom feel comfortable and confident that her car was in good hands. The repair was completed efficiently, and the A/C is now working perfectly.
It’s not always easy to find a dealership you can trust, but this experience definitely earned our confidence. I highly recommend Mazda of Clermont — and if you can, ask for Anthony!

“I had an amazing experience with Headquarter Mazda! I live in the Waterford Lakes area, about a 45 minute drive away. Headquarter Mazda had exactly the vehicle I was looking for—a 2026 CX-50 Meridian in all black. Marino was fantastic when working the deal over the phone—very responsive, kind, and made it soo easy. He worked all the numbers with no hassle, and gave me all the info I needed to prep the deal before my drive over. When I arrived, Asael greeted me and had everything ready to assist Marino with the delivery. The process was incredibly smooth! My beautiful car was washed up and sitting in the showroom. Asael took me on the test drive, and was very knowledgeable when explaining how the features of the CX-50 compared to the CX-5 I previously had. He has such warm and comforting energy too—which is a plus for me who completely fears dealerships. Everyone there is polite, welcoming, and super helpful! They check in with you after, and make sure you know everything you should and aren’t left with questions. I had the chance to speak with a manager named Zen, and he too was just the kindest person. Headquarter Mazda’s customer service can’t be beat! I’ve never had such an amazing experience anywhere else.”

“I recently helped a friend shop for a new vehicle since her current lease isn’t up until February 2026 and we wanted to take advantage of any year-end deals. We started at Hyundai of Central Florida and unfortunately had a very poor experience, which left her feeling discouraged.
We then decided to visit Headquarter Mazda since she was already leasing a Mazda and could benefit from their loyalty program—and the difference was night and day.
From the moment we walked in, Asael Arruda, one of the sales/product specialists, welcomed us with genuine care and professionalism. He immediately made us feel heard and took the time to truly understand what my friend was looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure she drove away in the car of her dreams.
The finance manager, Lyle, was equally kind and understanding of her situation. Asael even advocated on her behalf with Mazda Financial to help secure the lowest possible payment—something you rarely see these days.
My friend went from feeling completely defeated after leaving the Hyundai dealership to feeling confident and fulfilled walking out of Headquarter Mazda. While I’m not currently a Mazda owner, I can confidently say this is where I’ll be purchasing my next vehicle.
