Just had my '23 Mazda Mx-5 Miata [gt-mt] Serviced and Detailed, overall perfect experience. Everything was explained in detail and pick-up was a breeze! Service Advisor John Collins has helped me out in the past and I have full confidence when dropping off my car at this location thanks to him! Looking forward to next time!

Buying a car can be overwhelming, especially when you feel like salespeople are swarming you the moment you step out of your vehicle. That was not my experience here, and it was such a relief. I purchased a Mazda 3 for my 16-year-old son, and working with Logan Sherk was truly a pleasure. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Logan and his team are exactly how car buying should be—respectful, straightforward, and focused on helping rather than pressuring. As a mom buying a first car for her child, I really appreciated how comfortable and stress-free the entire process felt. I would absolutely recommend Logan and his team to anyone looking for a positive, no-pressure car-buying experience

Fabulous staff at the parts and service department. I was there picking up parts for my CX9, when trying to leave, my car would not start. Nathan offered to jump start the car…. Looked like I needed a new battery, so I decided to get it replace while I was there. Turned out the starter was the issue. Nathan jumped into action and was able to get one same day. Within 90 minutes I was in and out. Thanks to Nathan and the repair shop folks for helping me out. Definitely recommend Mazda Clearwater. Beautiful showroom and waiting area.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mazda of Clearwater this week purchasing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Mickey and Brandon were incredible to work with from start to finish. The pricing was completely transparent, there was zero pressure, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly set them apart, though, was their honesty and integrity. I accidentally left money in the vehicle I traded in, and instead of it disappearing, they contacted me right away and made sure it was returned to me. That speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.
