“Got a good deal on a good car. I really liked the salesman. He was great, helpful, quick, knew his stuff. The car wash was crap. They had all day to wash the thing and left streaks all over, smudges all over the windshield, crumbs from the previous owner, and junk stuck to the buttons. Other than spending the rest of my day sanitizing and washing my new car, it was a good experience.”

“They deserve 5 stars. I had an online offer from toyota of pinellas park for 15800 to buy my truck, which is fair. When I went to toyota and they Inspected my vehicle they only offered me 8000.00. That is the same song and dance that i was getting from all of the other dealers. Toyota told me to go to Carmax. Ill tell you what, they really shocked me, i was expecting to be low balled again. I was wrong, they gave me the best price from pasco to pinellas. 13100. I was shocked. Great job carmax. They dontt take any cheap shots. 5 stars”

“If you're looking to buy a car and don't know where to start, just come to this location and they will help you out immensely. At the very least, you'll walk out knowing more and pointed in the right direction for your situation. This was a surprisingly good experience compared to the last time I purchased a car about 10 years ago from a more typical car dealership. This place doesn't feel like a car dealership at all. There is ZERO pressure. I mainly worked with Robert C. and he seemed very knowledgeable and no nonsense. He simply informed me of the facts and my options. He didn't push any "sales" on me or anything like that. I also briefly worked with Nevin and Leslie and the experience was consistent. Everyone here is like an "Apple genius" in the Apple stores except for car buying. This place clearly values the customer experience over profits. Highly recommend.”
