“Dear Volkswagen Clarksville Team,
I want to take a moment to express how impressed I am with the level of customer service I’ve consistently experienced at your dealership. In particular, I would like to recognize Jonathan, who has been an exceptional representative every time I’ve visited.
Jonathan is always extremely professional, polite, and courteous. He takes the time to explain details thoroughly, ensuring I understand everything about the services being provided. What stands out most is that he never makes me feel pressured into unnecessary services or additional purchases. Instead, he creates an environment where I feel supported and confident in the decisions I’m making.
This kind of thoughtful, respectful approach makes the entire experience not only smooth but genuinely helpful. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with genuine care for the customer, and I truly appreciate the difference Jonathan makes.
Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service. Please extend my gratitude to Jonathan for his outstanding work.
Sincerely, Scott Galbraith”

“My initial service visit began when I received a vehicle notification indicating an OTA update and advised me to visit the dealer. On Wednesday around 10 a.m., I arrived at the dealership, pulled into the service drive, but to my surprise, it was empty. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, I was not acknowledged until I finally received a greeting from an advisor.
The advisor’s attitude was dismissive, and I was rudely asked about my purpose for being there. When I explained that I was there for an OTA update, I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I inquired about the possibility of a forced update, as the vehicle would not complete the OTA on its own. I expressed concerns about the potential liability to the dealership due to the significant safety reasons for the OTA and the issues I was experiencing with braking.
It’s important to note that my vehicle was and is still under factory warranty. I had to return for other warranty items, which were addressed. However, upon picking up my vehicle, I discovered damage to the hood and a rubbed-up door from the lift. I didn’t complain; instead, I took the vehicle to a body shop for repairs.
A few weeks later, my heat failed to work in sub-zero temperatures. I contacted the dealership, expecting a call back, but it never came. I called back a few days later, requesting to speak with a general manager, but the same issue persisted.
Today, I will file an official complaint with Volkswagen about the poor treatment and lack of customer service I experienced during my service visit.”

“WARNING ⚠️
I guess I didn’t learn from my first bad experience with Wyatt Johnson Toyota as here we go again. I came to Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen to originally try to purchase a Dodge Charger they had available for around $7600 as this was with in my prove range. I was informed that I would have to put a lot down as it’s an older vehicle. So, I was then presented with a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan with less than 100000 miles. Upon test driving, I noticed the brakes weren’t all that good the tire pressure light was also on. I made the salesman aware of the issues was told they will fix the issues and to come back next day to get vehicle. Upon return, i was informed that the vehicle was not put into services as I was told it would be so, I was given a 2020 ford escape and informed they be switching the vehicle to this one. Due to it being almost closing I was told to return again next day to do paper work for the ford. I was then told that it would be higher after being told it would be close to the price of the Volkswagen here we go another lie. So, note I’m being told they will put the Volkswagen in service, which mind you it was already supposed to be in service and now they are giving me the vehicle back. The change in information and insurance caused my insurance to go up they don’t care. So, they say they’ll drop the car off in the morning the morning comes and the car is not done no information on what they found nothing. Get the car in not even two full days into have it tire pressure like is back on and now I’m check engine light is on as well. I set with these people and expressed I didn’t not want another bad experience or a vehicle that breaks down after driving off. I was reassured, lied to, and manipulated to make a sale that again was built on lies. This gives me trust issues and no faith in people seriously. Now, I’m back in the 2020 ford escape in order for the Volkswagen to be serviced once again. Now, is it all bad no as Travis sales manager is trying to get me taken care of yet, it’s like I was reassured before how am I supposed to continue to “Trust” when I’m being lead a stray. Please use caution take a mechanic 👩‍🔧or some one with auto repair knowledge as they will rip you off.Thank you, but no thank you the regret is real.
Update: took it back to get serviced, received paperwork on what they “claimed” to have fixed, got the vehicle back and yet again lights come back on. The car is still having misfires, the bottom cover is hanging, and same codes showing. I don’t know if they think clearing the lights fixes the problem, but no. So, now I’m back yet again to drop the car off to be “fixed” or what ever. I hate I put myself in this situation again as I literally should have learned from previous experience. Should have known something was wrong when it was no warranty and the kept trying to convince me to get one, which was almost $300 dollars more a month. I was going to delete this because, Travis and Doyle are trying, yet I’ve learned if you continue to let people get away with misinformation, misleading, and manipulation it will only continue. Like do better treat people how you’d want your family treated. This is my finally try before I take further action. BUYERS BEWARE!!
Update: got the vehicle back after multiple attempts by Travis to have the service station fix the issues only for now the oil light and window fluid won’t go off. There is a sticker in the window that they placed saying oil doesn’t need to be changed again til around 109,000 miles yet, it’s not even a 101,000 miles on the dash so why is the oil change light on? Added fluid for the window wipers yet light keeps coming on. I signed for this vehicle end of Oct have yet to have it over a week before it need to go back didn’t get it til not even a week ago after the repairs and it’s issue after issue. My first payment is due Dec 5th which I don’t feel I should have to pay as Travis lied said that they spoke with Global lending to get it pushed back yet again another lie.”

“We leased our 3rd Tiguan SE recently from Wyatt Johnson, despite there being a dealership much closer to our home. The negotiation process with Brian was just as simple as it has been in the past. Essentially: “Here’s what we can afford. Can you accommodate us?” When I picked up the car, I was met at the door by Jaqueline, who spent the next 1-1/2 hours test-driving the car, going over the features and directing me to the very pleasant and efficient finance manager, Jesus. Jackie has since called or texted on 3 occasions to be sure my wife is happy. Sit down; we were also contacted that our lease payment is actually going to be LESS than we had negotiated. I would give them 6/5 stars, if I could.”

“We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. He chatted with us through every step and especially during the lulls. Doyle was such a gentleman and has continued to help me with any questions I’ve had about the vehicle. 10/10 experience.”
