“I purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT-5 on 03/06/2026. It had been a courtesy vehicle, used for customers having their cars repaired overnight. I saved over $7,000.00 on this purchase, and it only has 4,200 miles. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman, Johnny Farrar! Definitely will buy from them again.”

“Just go somewhere else. I purchased a used car from them and made the mistake of trusting them. The car was delivered with the engine light on, so I told them I didn't want to keep the vehicle. They told me it was mine and would not take it back. Denying that they ever said I had 30 days to return it. I went around and around with their maintenance department with nothing fixed. I requested all the maintenance records from them, and they would not send them all. Pages were missing in two requests for all the documents. You can save yourself by going anywhere other than here. Also, check the BBB rating. They are not even accredited with the BBB.”

“Logan at Serra Cadillac Clarksville was assisting me before I ever stepped foot on the lot. He asked questions about what I was looking for and found a vehicle within my price range and with everything I needed. I test drove the car and it was amazing.
Logan went above and beyond to help me through the finance process and waited patiently while I gathered all of the necessary paperwork. He kept me updated on the progress and once everything was approved, he had the car ready and waiting for me with a full tank of gas. He even showed me how the hatch functions before I left.
I would recommend this location and especially Logan to anyone seeking a low-pressure, friendly car shopping experience.”

“I really wanted to use my local Cadillac dealership for all my service needs. However, I won’t be going back. Recently had my car serviced, and asked for my tires to be rotated. A few things happened during the visit.
1. Most important thing as a service department. Going over the vehicle inspection and seeing what else the car needs. Why do a multiple point inspection and not go over it with your customers?
2. This lead to two issue that I had to reschedule for another appointment.
3. Check engine light was on and they didn’t call to go over what it might need. Had to make another appointment and get the warranty company involved. They won’t release your car until the warranty company pays them. I had to do the service advisor job and call the warranty company multiple times. They dropped the ball here too.
They did provide a loaner car! Which was great.
4. While the car was in the shop for 2 weeks. My battery died. They say it was old and needed to be replace and wouldn’t good will it. I told them it was on their lot they should be responsible for it somehow. I ended up replacing the battery, they gave me a small discount, because they wouldn’t take ownership of the dead battery.
5. The final nail on the coffin are my tires. Yes, the ones I asked to be rotated. I was driving and my tpms sensor let me know one of the tire had low air. I was at the gas station to put air in, and for some reason the light was still on. Come to find out they forgot to reset the sensors when they rotated the tires. Not a big deal. I went to Sam’s and they were kind enough to reset it and put the correct psi in the tires. While they were putting air in, they noticed that the front tires were bad/bald on the inside (wires out). They recommend that I replace them and get an alignment asap. I told them I would reach out to the dealership and see what they can do. So I texted and call my advisor, but never received a call or text back.
Long rant over. Thank god none of the tire blew while we were driving back and forth to Nashville.”
