“My mother bought a 2014 Kia Soul from this place brand new in 2014 got every maintenance service done with them, 11 year loyal customer, her first engine was replaced for recall reasons, 5 yrs later the replacement motor goes bad, they tell her it needs cam shafts, charged her 3,900$ to put new cam shafts on a bad motor they knew was going bad, unfortunately she was passed her 50k mile extended warranty, she was told because of extensive history with the company, on good will they would try to replace the motor, it wasn't approved! So she spent 3,900$ on cam shafts for absolutely no reason! Thats the short story of it, these people do not care about you and have NO honest integrity or HONOR, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE is my warning to you!”

“Kia Clarksville has the best service department and the best service manager in Brittany Woosley. I have gotten to know Brittany through my years having Kia vehicles. When my daughter was in an accident on the Lewis & Clark bridge, I was told by the police to call a tow company. It was a stressful situation for many reasons and I had no idea where to have the vehicle towed. I called Brittany and she quickly told me Kia had a body shop and gave me the number. She even checked on me later. Brittany goes above and beyond every time. In addition, every service consultant I have ever dealt with at Kia Clarksville has been great. I have been a loyal Kia owner for over 12 years and only service my vehicles at Kia Clarksville.”
