“The whole team at Wyler Toyota was fantastic to work with. Ben kept me up to date with the shipping process of my new Land Cruiser. Levi the sales manager and Phillip in finance were honest and forthcoming, and had all of my paperwork ready to go. From start to finish, delivery took right at an hour, which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend doing business with Wyler!”

“We spent a Saturday looking for a first car for my youngest daughter. We worked with a gentleman named Matt and he went above and beyond to find us what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We ended up purchasing the first car he showed us. Everyone we encountered was kind and I will be returning to this dealership for any future needs.”

“Put my 2016 Land Rover in Kelly blue book. Received a text offer for $11,260 cash from them. I was fully expecting for them to come in below that, but what happens next is classic bait and switch, Brought it in and they offered $5,000. There is a thermostat issue, I called a local Land Rover dealer who quoted me $1500 for a repair, it needs 2 new front ties, and there are surface level scratches as it’s a 10 year old car. I asked for them to breakdown their offer at which point I couldn’t help but laugh. They cited $3,800 in paint repairs! Who paints a used car? Then cited $500 per tire. Yet again what dealer doesn’t get tired at wholesale? I’m all for the dealer making money, but I agree, with a $3800 paint job there’s no room for profit, pretty ridiculous and I have to say the numbers don’t add up.
Take a lot at pics and let me know if you think there is $3800 needed in paints don’t waste your time, as they say, if it’s too good to be true, it obviously is.”

“We purchased a 2024 4Runner with 28k miles from this Toyota dealership yesterday, and our experience has been extremely disappointing.
At the time of purchase, we did not notice any scratches on the hood or around the vehicle. However, after rain fell overnight, numerous scratches became clearly visible the next morning. These scratches were not visible when we test drove or purchased the vehicle, and they do not appear in the online listing photos, nor are they disclosed in the vehicle report, which states no damage.
When we contacted the dealership today to address this, the response was unacceptable. We spoke with the sales manager, Dustin, who was rude and dismissive and told us, “There is nothing we can do about it now — you bought it, it’s your problem now.” During the buying process, the salesman was also very quick and short with us, repeatedly dismissing our questions, saying things like “I can’t help you with that,” and stating that he had to leave, which made us feel rushed and disregarded. He also made condescending remarks such as “you love asking questions,” in a rude tone, which already made the experience uncomfortable.
The way this situation was handled feels incredibly unprofessional and honestly shady. Whether the scratches were concealed intentionally or overlooked, the dealership should stand behind the vehicle they sell—especially when the documentation and listing do not reflect the condition we are now seeing.
Toyota had an opportunity to make this right and instead chose to completely dismiss our concerns. We expected transparency, professionalism, and basic customer service, and we received none of that.
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here. Once the paperwork is signed, they make it clear they want nothing to do with you, no matter the issue.”

“Our experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville was incredible thanks to our sales consultant, Eric Meredith. From the moment we arrived, Eric made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. We were searching for the perfect Toyota Tacoma, and he went above and beyond to help us find the one.
Eric took the time to understand what we really needed in a truck and let us test drive several models to compare features and comfort. His patience, product knowledge, and genuine honesty made all the difference. We never felt pressured—just supported.
Once we chose our Tacoma, Eric also worked with us to get a great deal that fit our budget. The whole experience felt personalized and tailored to us.
If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Eric Meredith. He made the buying process smooth, transparent, and exciting. We absolutely love our new Tacoma!”
