“I did not have a good experience with knight Claremont jeep dodge. I purchased a jeep grand Cherokee at the end of October and am still waiting for a call back from their customer satisfaction employee. I sent numerous emails requesting assistance and didn’t get anywhere. I left multiple messages with the customer satisfaction employee and she finally called me back in mid November (holidays were an excuse) we are well past the holidays here in mid February still haven’t heard back. After purchasing my vehicle, before leaving the lot, the sales person and I did a walk around the vehicle and found a scratch on the front passenger door. We documented it on the paper and he assured me it would be fixed. The offer he provided was that I would be contacted next week and we could discuss options ranging from me taking my vehicle to be dropped off, someone picking it up, or me going to a local jeep dealer (I live 80 miles away from knight Claremont). I had to do follow up after follow up call, email, requests, escalations to various managers and now 4 months down the road I have given up and am writing a review. My vehicle had a scratch which I didn’t put on it, I wasn’t provided the customer experience I deserve. They were very attentive while I was in the purchasing process but as soon as I signed and drove off I didn’t exist anymore. I would not recomend this dealership to anyone. Go to a different dealership a few miles down the road. If you do go here make sure you get everything in writing and get names. Request emails for proof. It’s very unfortunate to have an experience like this, I want to warn others before they experience something similar.”

He was fighting finance companies for me to make sure I got the monthly payment I wanted and kept me updated the whole time this was honestly the best car buying experience I had and I would definitely recommend this dealership and WES!!!
