āFirst class operation. I had the pleasure of meeting Steven, one of the sales managers here witch is what I like to do when I am going to buy a car. I was then introduced to sales consultant Christian Yaber who assisted me with the whole process of my purchase. Very knowledgeable and a genuinely good person. It was the best car buying experience I've had in a long time. Thanks Penske Volvo Cars and look up Christian when you get there.ā

āOver the last year, we have visited several dealerships, and Penske Volvo stood apart from the rest for several reasons. Christian Y was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and showed us several new and certified pre-owned XC60 plugin options. He had us test-drive the car in multiple modes so we could fully understand the feel of the car (no other dealer even mentioned this). The most impressive part was the financial discussion - the quote provided was straightforward and did not include any extra dealer fees. There was zero pressure to buy the car on the spot - Christian understands buying a car is a major purchase and told us to think about it and reach out with any questions. We left the dealership feeling great, couldn't stop talking about the car and experience, negotiated the price over the phone (!), and drove back the next morning to buy it. We ended up getting an incredible deal on the car (2025 ex-demo) and couldn't be happier. Working with the finance team was also extremely smooth, especially for buying a car on a Sunday when banks are closed. Once all of the paperwork was signed, Christian spent an hour with us customizing driver profiles and showing us around the car.
The dealership has reached out several times in the last few weeks to ask how things are going and ask if we have any questions. All around 10/10 experience, something we never thought we would say about buying a car from a dealer. Will be back when it is time to replace our next car.ā

ā2025 1/2 XC 90 T8 ultra lost its breaks over the weekend while I was driving. Left us stranded blocking a two way road. Sat on hold for almost 25 minutes waiting for response from the service Volvo provides. Finally was able to free up the vehicle from park mode and pulled off to the road. Trying to get the vehicle towed in check engine lights on all sorts of different flashing errors dealership says they canāt get to it within a few days to even look at it that we have to pay our own towing and that they have no rental car or vehicle they can give us. Worst service ever I incurage anyone to look elsewhere if you want better service for a broken down vehicle, this is pathetic, especially for a $100,000 tge vehicle costs. This is the second time weāre having to bring the vehicle back. Itās less than five months old.
Update: A few hours after leaving review and leaving msgās at the dealership, I received a call back from the service manager. I explained the issues and he calmly explained on how to proceed with complimentary towing and and the rental car reimbursement rate/plan with Volvo that was available as they were out of loaners at the time. $45 doesnāt get much at rental cars these days so a few days later they secured a loaner for us and even Uberād my wife to the dealer to assist. It took a few weeks to get back our car but that is fine, I need it fixed and fixed right! Moving forward they have giving us easier methods of contacting the service department and have re-educated the front desk on how to better educate a client who is struggling on how to proceed with a broken down vehicle.
Ultimately all we wanted from the beginning on a Monday morning with a broken down vehicle is progress as quickly and conveniently as possible, while juggling kids/school/two working parents/etc but instead couldnāt reach any service advisors, multiple attempts by both myself and my wife, poor communication/advise from the gal answering the phones. Once management took over and Chris the service advisor help, things went smoothly. Ultimately I canāt give 5 stars as this vehicle has been at service department already for over a month in less then 1/2 year of ownership, but I will change from 1 star to 4 star for the extra steps they took once the communication started with the service manager as well as Chris the service advisor.ā
