“So, I had a 10 month old Honda that was in an accident and was totaled. I was not planning on buying a car (was planning on keeping Honda long term) so my credit is not great, and I had to deal with the insurance payout. So I went on Friday to see if they could sell me a car and absorb some of my debt. They said they could. I took off work Monday to meet with them. On Monday I was told my credit score was much lower than I believed (Credit Karma) so it would be much more difficult. I explained how I needed to get this resolved and I needed a car, my rental was up the next day. He took my cell and email and said he would talk to the original salesman and another to look at new loans and he would get a hold of me that day, or the next. I heard nothing on Monday. On Tuesday I still heard nothing. Finally I had to message on the website to get a response, which was they can’t do anything until the other loan was paid due to my credit. I wasn’t happy with that, as I was led to believe we had already discussed that. But what was really unprofessional was the lack of communication. As soon as they realized they couldn’t do a sale that day, I ceased to exist. I had emphasized how important it was for me to know what was going on so I could make plans for a rental or whatever. I knew I had bad credit. I wanted to know how much I would need down or details, but I got nothing more that “Nope we cant do anything without a lot more money” and that was only after I messaged repeatedly to get any response. I’m figuring out my situation, no thanks to them, when I do buy it won’t be from them. If you have not great credit, avoid them. I felt misled, but the communication was so unprofessional it didn’t matter. It was really disappointing, I expected a high level of professionalism from Subaru, in the end they were just as slimy as any car salesman.”

“My experience at Subaru of Kings Automall was nothing short of perfect. Their website showed an accurate inventory of new and used Subarus and also contained all finance options and pricing. My salesman, Michael, was very helpful and knowledgeable about purchase options and all technical details of the Legacy. They bounced back and forth from a couple different models I was looking at with ease and didn’t try to force me into a specific car as some other dealers do. They were willing to negotiate pricing and I left feeling like I got a good deal and they got a good sale. Finance department was very fast and professional. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Highly recommended. Thanks.”

“My wife and I just purchased a car through this dealership, and we were incredibly pleased with our experience. Kelly was highly proactive and helpful throughout the entire process, and was an absolute gem to work with. Negotiations were done over the phone and went very smoothly. While there are some typical upsells offered, they were not aggressive about pushing them when we came into complete the buying process. Our interactions with the staff were universally positive and respectful, and we will be taking our business there in the future.”
