Upsold a warranty that I said I didn’t want. Snuck it in the finance paperwork. Car broke down a month after we bought car. Warrranty is really only beneficial if your local so they can fix car. We canceled warranty now Midwest has cashed the full $4100 refund and won’t give it back. Don’t buy from them a scam. 2/24 No one has returned my call as of yesterday the lender did not have the refund. I have left 4 messages at anytime you can call with the check number and amount like my messages have ask. It’s not a hard ask.

Got connected with Logan, as I had not bought a car in over a decade so had lots of questions! He was super patient with me and had a ton of helpful answers plus mentioned things I wasn't even thinking about. Would definitely like to work with him again

I highly recommend working with Logan! He is very knowledgable about all makes and models, and will be straightforward with you about the pros and cons of each while you are deciding what car is right for you. I had not bought a car in over a decade and he easily brought me up to speed on the current state of the cars I was considering, helping me narrow down what felt like an overwhelming list of options within my budget. He is also incredibly patient and honest. He spent as much time as I needed answering all of my questions about cars, financing, etc. Awesome guy!

Amazing to work with, they’re in Ohio, I’m im El Paso Texas . Made the process easy and Corey was very good with communication. Even on his day off he answered my phone call and gave me an update . Kept me in the loop every step of the way and by the time I knew it I had my car delivered in about a week. Got here just when I needed it. Tha n you Corey 🙏🏼
