“Landed in a pothole late night/ dark on Route 50 coming home from work. (Christmas Eve, Eve)… My tire and wheel were blown/ damaged. I called approx 9pm Mercedes service and left a vm. (To order a tire and set appt). Immediately at 7:30 am following morning they had an appointment set, tire expected by 1pm and finished my car in less than 12 hours. Absolute miracle heading into Christmas Eve, owning a retail shop and needed my vehicle for the busiest day of our sales…The kind delivery men even drove my repaired Benz to my workplace Christmas Eve, and my car was washed inside and out! Left a cookie w my key and receipt , thank you note, SHOCKING… BEST customer service I have experienced in years. Over and above my expectations. Dimetrie (spelling may be off) and his team earn Highest respect , above the 5 star rating….He is beyond a pleasure to work with, excellent communication and follow-up. I will pass this along to others considering purchasing a Mercedes in the new year. Thank you Montgomery Mercedes Benz!”
