I recently worked with Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Colerain and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the dealership truly went out of their way to help me by arranging to pick me up from about an hour away, which I really appreciated and thought was great customer service. Unfortunately, when I saw the car in person, it looked nothing like it did in the online photos. There were multiple scratches, dents, and even claw marks on the interior door panels, and the vehicle was quite dirty overall. Because of this, I was able to negotiate the price down a little, which they were willing to do. I will say the salesman I worked with didn’t seem very informed about the vehicle or the sales process, which made things a bit confusing at times. It wasn’t a completely negative experience, but I do think buyers should be mindful that online listings may only highlight the best aspects of a vehicle. It’s definitely worth asking detailed questions and requesting up-to-date, realistic photos before making the trip.

My wife and are were pleasantly surprised with the car buying experience at Jeff Wyler Hyundai. We always dreaded, no hated, the idea of purchasing through a dealership. However, William Morton, Kevin Adams and Jeremy Hutton made the experience a joy. The dealership is modern and new, the service department was large and clean and most importantly the staff are pleasant and professional. A special shout out to William Morton. Will responded early Sunday morning, hours before the dealership opened and kept in contact over the next couple of days while we worked everything out. Kevin jumped in while we were working out financing and Jeremy wrapped it all up. And as an FYI, we traveled up from Chattanooga TN for this car.

I had a great experience with Ricardo Francis. He was attentive to what I was looking for and helped the best he could to get me at a reasonable payment. For the first time EVER, I did not spend the entire day & night at a dealership. I absolutely LOVE my new 2026 Kona. I took off a star because the car feels like it needs an alignment and for a 2026 I would think this would have been noticed during inspection.

Great experience at Jeff Wyler Hyundai with Ricardo! I purchased a 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid and came in well-researched, which Ricardo appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. This was not the typical car-buying experience you expect—very positive from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a quick, easy, and extremely amenable experience with our dealer David and his helpful associates today at this location. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and he set us up with a test drive right away, answered all of our questions, and didn’t try to force us into any unwanted extra charges. He also helped us get a couple of interior issues sorted out, and even purchased a set of headrests out of his own pocket when we realized they were missing after the sale was signed and sealed. Thank you for making our experience a breeze! Shoutout to the detailers as well, they did great work.
