“I had a great experience with Ricardo Francis. He was attentive to what I was looking for and helped the best he could to get me at a reasonable payment. For the first time EVER, I did not spend the entire day & night at a dealership.
I absolutely LOVE my new 2026 Kona. I took off a star because the car feels like it needs an alignment and for a 2026 I would think this would have been noticed during inspection.”

“Awful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Progressive insurance should be ashamed for recommending them. First off they had my car for almost 40 days to repair about $7k worth of damage. Every time I'd call wondering when it would be done they'd push the completion date back a week here another there. I don't think I heard the truth from anyone there until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then all of a sudden my car is ready on two days. When they brought my car out the bumper and trim were popping off. Of course they said they'd get with my insurance company to try to get OEM PARTS. That was 4 weeks ago. Haven't heard from them. Cost me over $2000 in out of pocket rental car fees. Although the young lady who kept lying to me again lied and said she would check on a loaner. Never heard anything back about that. Now I'm gonna be forced to file another BBB complaint to get them to fix my bumper and trim. Sucks to be me.”

“I usually like the service at this dealership as far as repairs and time spent at the dealership. However, I’m not pleased with the quality of service after the repair this time and the last. My car was returned to me needing to be cleaned anywhere the mechanic touched or sat. Despite the light interior no plastic was used to cover my seats and no temporary floor mats on the floor. My door handles, hood and steering wheel were greasy and my glove box is broken from the tech checking the cabin filter.
I had to have my car detailed and I’ll do my best to fix my glove box. I’m not sure if they value me as a customer but I’ll think twice before having my serviced there next time.”

“I had a quick, easy, and extremely amenable experience with our dealer David and his helpful associates today at this location. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and he set us up with a test drive right away, answered all of our questions, and didn’t try to force us into any unwanted extra charges. He also helped us get a couple of interior issues sorted out, and even purchased a set of headrests out of his own pocket when we realized they were missing after the sale was signed and sealed. Thank you for making our experience a breeze! Shoutout to the detailers as well, they did great work.”
