Very good experience here. Bought my first car used just a couple days ago and they were very fair on pricing. Pulled up the car and warmed it up before I got there. Shipped the car out just 3 days later. The whole process was swift and Jason was great salesman to work with. Would definitely purchase from here again!

Overall, the experience with Jake Sweeney Mazda and Terry Owens was great! The only issue we had was the amount of time we spent (4 hrs) at the dealership (note, 3.5 hrs were dedicated to the purchasing process). Terry is great - we were 1 of 3 sales he was working with. If only the car sales atmosphere would reward other sales staff from helping (there were literally 4 other sales people sitting on the front desk waiting for people to come in). Maybe a floating sales staff member to support all salesmen? We love our new 2025 Mazda CX5 Premium!!

Easy scheduling online, you pull up right to the gate and someone helps you. Staff is really nice and professional. You sit in the lobby and then they send you a message about the maintenance your car might need and then you just add it to your bill. Mine took a couple hours so they let me drive a loaner car then I came back my car looked great. They even gave me a coupon. Very generous staff would recommend anyone.

I came to Jake Sweeney Mazda because a shop had told me I needed to get my codes reset to complete work that had been done on my car. When Jake Sweeney Mazda ran a diagnostic, they quickly determined the issue wasn’t actually fixed and recommended possible routes forward. The inspection was incredibly thorough, complete with a detailed breakdown of each service request and even a video walkthrough of the items that needed attention. That level of care made me realize it was time to pull the plug on my old car, so I decided to test drive a new one. Xavier, who helped me in the service center, made me feel valued the entire time. Even though my car was old, I was never treated like my business didn’t matter. Joe assisted me with the test drive, making sure I got behind the wheel of the specific car I wanted. He was kind, patient, and most importantly, never pushy. I came in with preconceived notions about dealerships and salespeople, but Joe and the Jake Sweeney team completely changed my perspective. The process was easy, transparent, and honest. Every question I had about the purchase and agreement was answered clearly (Thanks, Tony!). In a competitive market, this team’s customer service sets them apart because they earn your trust.
