Our salesperson Ray was very nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Got an amazing deal on an SUV almost two months ago and have had zero issues. I love it. KC the finance manager was also great, helped us understand our options and didn’t push a bunch of extra add-ons. I will absolutely be returning here when I need a car next, and will tell my friends to do the same.

I walked into the establishment on Saturday , to only check out a car that I had seen advertised but walked out being the owner of the car !! It took just a little more than two hours for all the paper work to be done , thanks to the efficient , professional and kind attention and help by Mr K Markley . The car was exactly what I was looking for but it was the customer service that impressed me the most ! I highly recommend Courtesy Automative to anyone looking to buy a car ! We bought a beautiful Sorenta. Despite the negativity surrounding Kias at the time we were ensured this car had belonged to the wife of one of the longtime mechanics, was in great shape and well cared for. The vehicle was overpriced in our opinion but having had belonged to the mechanic, and our single parent son would be traveling around with our grandkids, this gave us a great deal of comfort. This was far from the truth. We returned the car for service within five days with engine problems and difficulty starting or picking up speed.. Whatever, the issue was, it was never resolved even after having had it towed back to Courtesy on two more occasions. After nearly being run down by a semi when the vehicle stop dead in its tracks on the highway, not the first time, courtesy service told us we had no other alternative but work with the warranty company. In the first three years of ownership we had access to the vehicle for only 10 months as it was non-working and on someone's (generally Kia's) car lot awaiting another repair. This hardship eventually led to us allow repossession of the vehicle (and total destruction to our credit) as we had to obtain other very expensive modes of transportation for significant lengths of times to get to work. While Mr. Casey and his team had been amazing in our two previous buying experiences, we could never comfortably return or recommend their service after such a painful experience.
