“Let me start off by saying looking for a used car with good mileage and a good dealership is challenging to find. When I found Columbia Hyundai on car fax I was little nervous. I’ve always heard horror story’s of people going to big dealers and having a not so pleasant experience. Let me tell you honey, not with Columbus Hyundai. Right off the back Robin made me feel at ease when I spoke with him on the phone about doing a test drive. Then the day of the test drive Robin welcomed us with professionalism and a warm smile. His smile and kindness instantly made me and my family feel right at home. He broke everything down in a way that we could Grasp. Then the business finance guy was A one. He was very impressive, even my cousin was impressed by him and that’s a lot coming from her. Next week I’ll take “Aura” for a mechanic check up to make sure that all is up to date like they said and then we’ll go from there. But overall, i will be recommending robin at Columbus Hyundai🤍.”

“Oh God, what a disappointment! About a year ago, we bought my elderly mother a new Hyundai. We absolutely love the car and have always had it serviced only at this place. Today my mom got a flat tire and went there for help. But that’s when the blatant dishonesty began: the mechanic not only said the tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced, but also insisted that both tires had to be changed! My mom called me and handed the phone to me so I could understand what was going on. And this man started lying, saying that if we didn’t install two identical tires (even though the car only has about 20,000 miles on it!), the transmission would break! I was shocked. This is either shameless lying or complete incompetence! I told my mom to leave immediately — she went to a nearby shop, and they repaired the tire without any issue. My family will never again bring our car for service to this place where either liars or fools work. P.S. I even called a couple of shops to check if that story about the transmission was true — and both of them just laughed!”
