Everything was great initially, I was interested in a high end used vehicle, the sales staff seemed like great people, we had a deal in place that needed to be put in writing for me to sign, and I was specifically assured the vehicle was being held while they wrote up the deal. I found the same make and model vehicle available somewhere else for thousands of dollars less, but passed up on that other vehicle because I already had a deal in place on this one. The other vehicle sold, and this dealership stopped communicating with me about this deal. When pressed, I was finally told that the dealership had sold the vehicle to someone else. Very shady, in my opinion - I would not trust this dealership.”
