“Bought a used car and the process went OK despite taking all day. The back seat had a gigantic rip in the fabric that I was told before buying the car would be repaired at no cost to me and could be taken care of the next week. You can see the aluminum, it’s like someone dragged a heavy stroller across it. Trying to schedule the repair, I emailed and called my sales rep, called the service department, tried to speak to the general manager and have not gotten one response. After the sale was made, they couldn’t be bothered. Not cool.”
