From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was watching a well-oiled machine work together. This place had an amazing team approach, where I was able to speak with focused team members who knew their stuff in their given area (versus how so many dealers have a sales person faking their way through the questions). These guys get service, delivery and customer intimacy. This was my first time here, but I don't think I will ever buy anywhere else going forward.

We bought a used 2019 Blazer from Markquart in 2022. It was a good experience and I appreciated working with them. Fast forward to January 10th 2026... I couldn't be more disappointed. I contacted my previous Salesman, Andy Moon, to talk about a new Chevy Traverse. We met January 10th to get a trade price. After they showed me the numbers I told them I was very unhappy with the trade in price. The sales manager came in to explain that he knew he was right on the money with his number. He also said he could pick vehicles like ours cheap on auction, and then told me that if another dealer was showing a better price, ask them if they would write a check for the number they showed... So I took his advice! I just kept on looking. Found a dealership that offered me $3k more for the trade and had a better dealer discount. Best part is, they said they would write the check for my vehicle if I just wanted to sell it. We made the deal at another dealership and drove home the new one a week later. I thought Markquart always wanted to try and earn your business back but that wasn't my experience.

0 stars if possible. Absolute garbage experience. I test-drove a truck and was ready to buy it. The salesperson said it just needed detailing and they’d call me. No call ever came—just a text saying they sold it and asking if I wanted something else instead. I felt completely disrespected, and Steph even admitted they don’t honor commitments because they have “too many salespeople.” That’s not an excuse—that’s bad business. Don’t trust these people. Update, I tried again with the same results. When I contacted the sales manager he told me if I was interested in a vehicle I needed to buy it so I can inspect it and have it be there when the shop gets done repairing it. This is completely backwards of how this process would normally work and places undue risk on the consumer. Ive repeatedly been told they have too many salespeople people to keep track of people interested in vehicles and too few techs to get repairs done quickly. Moving forward I will be sure to avoid this dealership and let anyone I know to do the same. It genuinely seems as if matkquart is cashing in on the reputation they've spent years building. Good for them. Hopefully its a sustainable business model for them long term.

I recently bought 2 vehicles this last week. Magnus Groom is an outstanding salesperson! He went above and beyond ensuring my daughter and myself had a great car buying experience. The process was very smooth. My daughter's deal was done in under 3 hours start to finish. Steve (The Tech/overview guy) did an amazing job as well. He explained and demonstrated all the new features of the vehicles that was easy to understand and remember. Overall the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. I really can't say enough. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in.

We had a great experience trading our truck in and driving away with a beautiful surburban. The process was smooth. Best part was no pushy salesman. Geoff was very good and listened to what we needed. Geoff followed up with us twice before we made the drive down. The whole process was great! Beautiful dealership! Thank you!
