“I came in for a routine oil change. 830am. Shouldn’t have taken no more than an hour but they said 1 1/2. They offered a complimentary tire rotation. 1015 car still in the air. They wait until I couldn’t wait any longer to tell me that 2 of my lug nuts were seized. Completely need a new hub bearing. Tried to argue that I was going to have to pay for it anyway and wanted to charge a full 350. Never was informed when it happened, only after I had to leave. No wanting to help, no offer for a debate or discount. Just a, hey this broke while we were performing a service that you never asked for. Now pay for it.. I would never go back, if I could give 0 stars I would”
