“I came and bought a battery for my car. The service in the parts department was good. But, when I called to ask if I could pull inside the service area, I was told to park on the street. It was bitter cold outside and snowy. I also had to drive around block to find a spot on the street. I lucked out someone pulled out about half the block down the street. The service employee was very helpful, but wanted to know why I had not pulled in to service area to have battery dropped off. I told him that's what the person answering the phone told me to do.”
