“My experience at this dealer is that they do not seem to know what they are doing. I brought in my 2015 Jeep GC and they kept it for 2 months, with sparse communication about what was happening, and ultimately the car underwent 3 repairs without resolving the issue. They then brought in a different engineer and he fixed it in 1 day by running a certain scan on the vehicle. The diesel technician himself seemed like an honest and good guy, however my experience with communicating with management was terrible. The manager I spoke with was condescending, abrasive, and simply could not explain anything that was done on the vehicle. When I asked for proof of why the multiple repairs were needed, he pointed to a large stack of papers (which I have since gone through and they are mostly generic print outs of service bulletins that the technician used for the repairs, many of them double printed to make the stack of papers seem thick I guess). The paperwork failed to show, in my opinion, adequate proof that all repairs on the vehicle actually needed to be done, especially since they did not clear the error message on the dash. Unfortunately, I don’t think the manager is competent enough to explain repairs or even have an intelligible conversation, so he yells and says things like “I’m not going to argue.” Yes, I am a woman, and I can speculate that there is probably misogyny at play here, as he probably thought I wouldn’t ask any questions. I think he wanted to offer me some random papers and collect his money, without acknowledging that they did not know what was wrong with the vehicle for 2 months. At one point while I was asking questions, he said “if you’re a diesel expert, then you should have fixed it yourself.” Lol. I’ll take that as a compliment. Based on how he has responded to other Google reviews, I imagine you can expect a middle-school style retort to this review. He will also probably call it “slander” because he does not seem to know what that means. Take your trust and your money to a different dealership! There is a chance you will be asked to foot the bill for their incompetence.
Edit for update: just noticed that these guys put on cheap dealer-brand license plate holders on the front and back of my car, without asking me. As if I would give them free advertising... not a chance! This place is so slimy. Stay away.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Marino. I bought the extended warranty, and I’m thankful I did because my check engine light came on and the truck started showing a misfire, well, it turned out to be a big repair. They had to replace the camshaft, rockers, and lifters, which is no small job. Thanks to the warranty, all I had to pay was a $100 deductible, and the team handled everything smoothly from there.
Mel and Dave in sales were outstanding. They took great care of me and set me up in a brand new Grand Cherokee so I could still haul all my equipment for work.
Alex in service was phenomenal. He got my truck in right away, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I was always in the loop as the repairs were being completed. On top of that, Mel, Dave, and Alex went above and beyond by actually dropping my truck off at a house I was inspecting because I had a packed day and wouldn’t have made it before closing time.
Professional, responsive, and genuinely caring, this team made a stressful situation incredibly easy. They truly went the extra mile, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are the best!”

“Better late than never! I came yesterday to look at a red grand Cherokee to replace the one that was stolen from me 12/18/2025 (which I bought here! So this is my second time here). When I went in felt pretty bad as it was late and I knew if I made a deal it would go beyond closing. While the red one I looked at was not available I did find one I loved even more thanks to MIGUEL! He was great and very knowledgeable and PATIENT. I left happily white another grand Cherokee and if I ever need to buy another car I will come back here. BUY from Miguel, the amount of knowledge and time he has will definitely add to your car buying experience and he’s super funny!”

He negotiated with me in good faith and we both walked away from the deal happy! The manager Frank and financier Gabe were also very kind and helpful. The owner of the dealership is very philanthropic and came over to greet me and shake my hand when I mentioned that I work with one of the charities he had donated to.”
