“DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I bought and shipped a 2020 Ford Transit 250 van cash from this place in April 2025. I IMMEDIATELY took it to a Ford Commercial Vehicle repair shop because it wouldn't start consistently, and several lights were displaying on the dashboard. HQ showed me a 'clean' carfax, but the Ford repair shop said that it had been rear-ended. Additionally, several damaged wires that controlled the backup camera had been tucked (hidden) under the right rear bumper. As it turned out, the van needed not just a new starter, but also had multiple problems ($3K worth). Sayeed promised to pay $600 to fix the starter, but now will not answer his phone. High Quality is selling vehicles without actually repairing them, and passing the costs on to unsuspecting customers. BEWARE. UPDATE: MORE LIES Sayeed called me Saturday, 6/21, asking me about the repair costs. He began by saying that he wanted me to take down my review. I sent him and his salesperson (Veronica) Ford Commercial's $3K estimate for ALL the warning lights that were ON THE DASHBOARD AT DELIVERY. Two months ago. He apologized, said that Veronica should have refunded the $1,000 I paid long ago, and that if I had been local, this would not have happened. (I have to agree -- only an out-of-state buyer could have been swindled like this.) So Sayeed said that he would call 6/23 or 6/24 and send the refund. But as of Thursday, June 26, still no contact from HQ or Sayeed. Again. If you don't want to buy a car and pay for MAJOR repair costs that the dealer knew about but didn't tell you, avoid High Quality Auto Sales.”
