“This is one of the most deceptive dealerships I ever been to. This dealership sent me mail about my current car loan stating my monthly car note amount my principal amount and APR amount with a pre approved offer to pay off my current car loan as a trade in and get me a newer upgraded vehicle with a better apr amount while knowing my loan to vehicle amount is 200 percent of what the vehicle is worth. Basically the vehicle trade in value is half of what I owe on the loan which will bring negative equity into a new loan and the only way to offset that negative equity is with a down payment of that negative equity which is not a secret to me nor the dealership. But this dealership insisted on trying to get me approved with no money down and what was supposed to be with the trade in. That was the whole reason I came there. And not once did they disclose that they weren't going to take the trade in. When they ran my credit and said they can put me in a newer vehicle with 0 down and a higher monthly note I declined and told them that I'll continue to pay on my current loan for longer while my credit score continues to rise then come back with a down payment for more favorable terms they said no wait what if we can get you approved for a cheaper vehicle with 0 down and lower monthly note and I said ok try. Still keep in mind this is still with the trade in loan trade in included. So they come back to tell me that they got me approved for the vehicle and I signed the paperwork for the contract and registration they put the plates on the vehicle and gave me the key fob for the new vehicle. So I take my current vehicle key fob key off of my key chain to give to them so that I could get my belongings out the vehicle to transfer to the new vehicle and then the sales representative said why are you giving me your keyfob? I then said don't you guys need my old key fob for the trade in? And he said no I told you that we can't take the trade in because you owe to much on it. Which he never did say that. He insisted that he did when he didn't. So I had to remind him why I even came to the dealership because of that pre approved offer. Secondly I told him and his finance manager that I'll continue to pay on my current loan and then come back with a down payment with the car and they still insisted that I stay so they can get me approved with 0 down with the current loan trade in. But the whole time they actually got me approved on a second loan with no money down without my current loan trade in without even disclosing that it was a second loan without the trade in. That was very deceptive and wrong when doing financial business with a customer. I'm glad that I asked them to take my current vehicle key fob because if I didn't ask them to take it I would have left it in the vehicle after taking my belongings out thinking that it was a trade in and who knows what would have happened to the vehicle while I would have been thinking that the dealership is now the new owner of the vehicle because of the trade in. So after having the audacity to lie about telling me that they wouldn't accept the trade in he then told me to voluntarily turn in my current vehicle to the financial institution that financed me and let them recover whatever they could from my current loan. Wowww! I couldn't believe that they actually tried to really get me into a big financial mess like that after letting them know that I'm rebuilding my credit and I'm taking my credit very seriously. So I told them that I'm not taking this new vehicle without the trade in and the finance manager got mad as if I was the one that lied about financing the new vehicle or something. These people really tried to act like I came there for the trade in but than had a change of heart and said just give me a new loan and let me keep my old loan so that I can have to loans at once. Those people in Evergreen Kia dealership on 92nd Western are very unprofessional to be deceiving customers just to sell cars. Be very careful and cautious if you decide to attempt businesses with them.”

“Amazing experience. The staff was amazing and very kind. Felt like family while I waited for my Kia sportage to get serviced. They have hot coffee and snacks and and a clean waiting area for customers to wait in. Even tho there was a line I was in and out very quickly because of the amazing techs working there. We loved it when we purchased our 2025 kia sportage last year and we swore we will only buy from here from now on.”
