“I like that Halliday Subaru has a technician working there, who is very conscientious and knows how to investigate problems. After an appointment for routine maintenance, my Crosstrek did not make the chirping sound anymore, when locking/unlocking the doors.
A few days later, the technician was able to investigate, find the probable cause, and fix it.
I appreciate his knowledge and ability.”

“Our experience with this Subaru dealership was absolutely terrible from start to finish. We stood around for over 3 hours just to even begin the process. The salesman, Andrew, kept playing games, saying we needed to talk to the loan agent to make a deal—then the loan agent told us it was actually the salesman we had to deal with. It was nothing but a frustrating runaround.
They also refused to honor the deal on the extended oil changes. We were told they had “run out,” or they “couldn’t find anything in the system,” or that we had to call the service department ourselves just to find out how many were left. We heard a different excuse every time we asked.
We also ordered extra parts for our Crosstrek, which was another disaster. We were lied to about when the parts would arrive, and at one point we were told they were already installed (they weren’t). Other times, the parts were “lost” in the warehouse or they tried to charge us for installation that was supposed to be included.
Everything about this experience sucked. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic customer service was shocking. I would strongly recommend that no one buys a car from this dealership.”
