âI purchased a vehicle here on 1/19/26 and to say the least, I am not happy. My paperwork was inaccurate. They put down that I owed more than I actually did on my trade in. The bank wrote a letter saying as much. Then we got an extended warranty and were told if we found one we liked, we could cancel this one. So we did find one we liked. Next step, cancel. So I reached out to the warranty company (Calling this dealership gets you NOWHERE! Jake Whetsel has been called numerous times and has been left numerous messages with not a single one being returned) and guess what, according to the warranty company, I am not a customer. Go figure because I certainly have an agreement with $2500 added to my purchase price saying I am. The warranty company told me to go to the dealership and make them cancel with proof. And I won't even get into how Jake was when I did go in for them to cancel. Let him tell it, I was hostile. Glad I recorded the whole interaction. Never know what proof you need. Then my odometer reading doesn't match the carfax report so there's another headache when getting the new extended warranty we purchased. Also, theres a guy who was supposed to put a door strip on my car who has just been gone. So first it was he'll be back on Monday 1/26/26. Then it was he's sick. He'll be back on 2/2/26.
Any guesses for what it'll be next.........â

âWe saw a used van that there salesman (Roman Atwood (last name may be spelled wrong)) posted on Facebook. He showed us the car but when sitting down to discuss pricing informed us that it hadnât gotten an inspection yet, he explained that they donât do inspections until you purchase the car, then the car goes to there shop and you pick it up from there, basically trying to sell a used car that they had no idea what was even wrong with it, which just puts the buyer in a position with no negotiation room & expecting us to trust a dealership to fix any issue with our car after it was already purchased. Wouldnât go over monthly payments until the car was signed for? None of this made very much sense to me & weâve been to quite a few dealerships these past few weeks. Today the secretary called my husband asking if we would like to be notified when the inspection is done on the van? So they do , do inspections before purchase? From the second we got in this kid was more worried about getting us to sign papers than explaining anything about the car or how the process worked. It seems like he either A doesnât understand how selling a car at his own place of employment works or B he was just interested in a fast commission check and thought we would just buy the first car we were shown, after telling him we had test drove other cars he asked why we even came to look at this one then, because thatâs what you do when you buy used cars you shop around. All in all shady business practices from this specific sales associate I know he is young but he needs to be able to explain things correctly and accurately, he wasnât very professional. His go to line was âIâve never not sold a car because we donât do inspections firstâ like sir Iâve never been to a dealership that doesnât inspect what they are selling first. Thinking Iâm going to sign on a used car without an inspection within 10 minutes of sitting down is crazy work. The parking lot attendant was super friendly tho! Mightâve had a different experience if we used a different salesman but that was a waste of our Friday morning!â

âI canât say enough good things about buying a car here. I just recently bought my second car from them and they have made it obvious from the start that they care about you as a human. Most dealerships just want your money and they donât care how they get it. I wasnât rushed and they helped me make the right decision for me and my situation and helped me weigh options. From the used sales manager Kenny, to the salesmen Ben, and the finance guy Jake, they were all amazing! I highly recommend buying a car from them and most certainly will be back but for now Iâll enjoy my forte đâ

âWent in just to look as it was our first stop. Drove out in a brand new 2026 Kia Sportage Prestige. Our sales guy Zach McDermott was fun, engaging and determined. A shout out to him and the rest of the crew of Vernisha, Mary, Tyler and Scott. A pleasant experience for a pleasant surprise to come to a deal that we appreciate. Zachâs gonna need to duplicate it when comes time to switch out our other vehicle. Go see Zach!â
