I had the absolute BEST experience at Loyalty Nissan working with Arin Ray! From the moment my father and I walked in, he made us feel welcome, comfortable, and truly valued. He even offered us refreshments and kept the whole experience fun and relaxed. Arin did everything he possibly could to help me find the perfect car for me. He took the time to break everything down in a way I could fully understand and made sure I felt confident in every step of the process. He treated me like a person, not just another sale, and that meant everything. I ended up getting a 2026 Nissan Rogue, something I honestly never imagined I would be able to get. Arin made it happen, and I’m beyond grateful. He is hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Arin Ray, Carlos Martinez, Brandon and the whole team there is AMAZING. The energy, the professionalism, the care, all top tier. Arin Ray has a forever client in me. I will never buy a car from anywhere else! The Customer Service Representatives are very courteous and informative when checking in. I'm not complaining about them. I'm complaining about not having the recall parts and having to go to the dealership twice. I'm wondering if I would have a better experience at another Nissan Dealer. I maybe a bit picky but, it should not take two trips to get the Recall taken care of. I made the appointment the first time after I received the Recall Notice. I showed up on time but, after getting checked in and about an hour waiting, I was told the parts were not available. I was told I would get a message to reschedule the recall work when the parts have been received. I received the message to setup the appointment. I arrived a little early and was told they don't know if they have the parts and it could take hours to replace the four door stickers. I was given a rental car at no cost to me. I made these appointments on my day off so I wouldn't interrupt my work day. A this time, I don't know when I'll get my vehicle back.

I had a good sales experience. I wasn't happy with the original car that I purchased. Thanks to the 7 day return policy, Brandon Henard was able to make things right. I'm very happy with my purchase. Being that Capital One had already cut the check for the first car, there ended up being a huge fiasco that was 100% Capital One's fault. Vince Gibson and Brandon stayed on top of things and got it all straightened out. Thank you Brandon and Vince for making what could have been a chaotic sales experience into a good one. The two of you created a repeat customer.

Arin Ray was a God send. Arin was kind, knowledgeable and patient. When I thought all hope was lost he threw a Hail Mary and I touched down in a 2026 Nissan Rogue with only 13 miles on it. I am so thankful for the entire team at Loyalty Nissan!!!! God aligned me with the right team to get what I prayed for. Thank you Arin and Staff at Loyalty Nissan

Aubrey Bailey Aubrey was amazing. He helped me work a trade in to get into a new 2025 Pathfinder. Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I had all Nissan online services hooked up and that we were satisfied with a vehicle that fit my family. I will definitely buy again from Loyalty Nissan with Aubrey Bailey!
