“A less than great experience! When I pay full retail price for service, I expect competence and attention to detail. I did the 20k service recently, then a week later the “maintenance required” indicator came on, since they did not reset this after service. Then, a day later as the cold weather comes, the tire pressure light comes on since they left all tires at 28psi, and did not inflate to the recommended cold weather 33psi. NOT GOOD.”

Great features, safety, and well built automobiles. and warranties. our salesman Blake made the purchase super easy transferring our insurance license plate and much more to make the sales smooth as possible in and out in an hour and a half unheard of right? “I just purchased a 2025 RX350 hybrid from Lexus of Chester Springs, and thanks to the sales support from Jeremy Mitcheli the process could not have gone better! Jeremy focused on my needs from day one, and he went above and beyond to ensure he exceeded my expectations and delivered on all of my requirements. When needed, he reached out to the GM, Josh Copeland, to ensure I got the deal I was looking for. Josh stepped up to the plate and delivered, as well. This was all handled over the phone, texts and via email, making the process as simple as possible. On the day of pick up for my vehicle, Jeremy had everything ready, including a tech guy, Joel, ready to help with the abundance of technology. Even the finance person made sure the process went smoothly for me. And to top it all off they are sending the tech guy to my house today to go into detail on how to best use the technology. Having dealt with multiple Lexus dealerships during the last five months, none could come close to the excellent customer experience I had. I highly recommend using this dealership for your next Lexus purchase!!”
