“Amazing in stock vehicles! My Sales Rep, Adam Burtner and my financial advisor were both EXCEPTIONAL! The managerial team was also amazing. I was treated with the white glove treatment, and I really appreciate my experience being so positive. And, the Hot chocolate is SOOOOO GOOD! loved it!”

“Always a let down. Went to get an oil change. After 4 hours of waiting asked what the problem was and was informed due to their new system my car “fell through the cracks” but at least we got a $10 discount 🙄 and they claimed to have set correct tire pressure yet they are all different pressures.”

“HORRIBLE! The service dept worked on my car for almost a year and a half and they physically had it in their possession for almost a complete year. I bought a 2023 Kia sportage in Feb of 2023 and they started working on it in Sept of 2024. When I got it back, there was body damage to the front end. Pictures were taken by the manager and I was told he would get back to me the next day after talking to the person that would do the body work. Its been over a week since I picked up my car and I've had no response to my phone calls or text messages, but this shouldn't surprise me. For the year and a half that they were working on my car, I had to take time off work, drive the 45 min to the dealership to actually get them to talk to me because nobody would ever call me back. In what world does it take over a year to address a check engine light. They had to replace the engine, then after replacing the engine and the same code appeared, I was told Kia had sent them a faulty engine and it had to be changed again. Oh wait...no it wasn't. It was a part in the engine that just happens to be throwing the same code as the initial engine.Makes sense to them even though it didn't to me was what I was told. Oh no...that wasn't it either. They falsified their documents in the system, they didnt add services that had been done to my car, they almost caught my car on fire (sent me home with gas pooring all over the rail, they actually answered my phone call for that one and I talked to someone who gave me the number to have it towed back to the dealership).Then they called me later the next day saying they didnt know why my car was there, fixed the issue (they had pinched the O ring when they put the engine back together and gas was pooring out of it), and then never documented that it happened. They also reported I had said damages had been done to my car previously that they actually had done to it and then it took months to fix those damages. At this point, my review is just rambling because Im so frustrated. I pay every month for a car that half the time I've owned it, I haven't even been able to drive it and now that I do have it, the front end is damaged. There is soooo much more to this story, and I just want the story to be done. I do have to say the one thing the dealership did right, was they did get me a rental car for the entire time they had my car. For that alone, I wasnt going to do a review because I appreciated it so much, but the damages to my car and not getting back to me again, has pushed me past my breaking point. I think I did pretty well after a year and a half of dealing with this.”

“Today was one of the best experiences I have had in a car dealership. From Reggie being available on time and when he said he would, to him being very transparent and soooo patient and helpful. Huge shout out to Jerome in Finance, we had a small hiccup at the signing table (completely our fault) and he had it fixed in record time. His patience was amazing!!! Truly can’t recommend the dealership, Reggie and Jerome enough.”

“My experience was amazing from start to finish. Christopher greeted me with a smile and made the process enjoyable and pleasant. He made me feel comfortable in whatever decision I made and didn't try to force me or overly sell me on something that I couldn't afford. Kudos to him for handling me with care and treating me more like a big sister and not just a customer. That type of service is appreciated and not found often. The Finance Manager who closed my deal was also thorough, gentle, and genuine. The overall energy of the entire team was fun, enthusiast, and vibrant. It truly felt like home! So glad I chose Southern!”
