“Oscar Smalls went ABOVE & BEYOND for me and my Sugar Mama!! He answered all the questions we had. We told him what we wanted and he DELIVERED!! He is an excellent salesman. JT was helpful as well. When we went into his office he had us all setup with paperwork. He was patient, enthusiastic and entertaining. This company is very lucky to have these phenomenal men as employees. TREAT THEM WELL AND GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!”

“Had the pleasure of working with Samantha. Went to 2 other dealerships where male salesmen told me they would get back to me and never did or blew me off. As soon as I arrived at priority Samantha took me seriously and helped me find the best car based on what I wanted and my needs THAT DAY . And shewas patient as I went back and forth on my choices. Not pushy at all. Additionally she was super knowledgeable about the different cars. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is during the financing process the guy told me a percentage but on the paper work it appears a single percent above the number he told me. I have terrible credit so I don't necessarily blame him but I did think it was weird. Also I'll say, they did the financing process and paperwork FAST. Like in under an hour. I would recommend priority. Just be sure to be clear on the details. They have good warranties as well.”

“1/8/26 - - Joseph and Carol Neely My husband and I decided we needed a new car. Being senior citizens, we have purchased several vehicles over the years. On 1/6/26, we had the pleasure of meeting Priority Toyota's sales consultant Mary Cedeno who presented herself in a kind, friendly, patient and professional manner. Neither of us have ever experienced having a car salesperson with all the qualities necessary to make us love a car and leave the dealership as owners of a beautiful 2023 Toyota Camry. We met Finance personnel Allison Humphries at closing on 1/7/26. She too was kind, friendly, patient and professional. The entire car buying process was, handled on site at Priority Toyota. There was no need for us to do anything but leave as two happy customers. Mary and Allison were both very knowledgeable with the car buying process. They made our car buying experience very comfortable. They worked well together as though they were a committed team. I cannot commend these two amazing women enough for all they did to get us a new car in just two days. Priority Toyota should definitely be proud to have these women representing their company. If we are around long enough to need another car, we will definitely return to the same location and expect to be assisted by Mary and Allison. “I found myself unexpectedly needing a new vehicle after an accident and after considering all of my options I felt like a Toyota and a new car was the logical choice. I worked with Maria Boynton and she was incredible. She had everything ready for me to test drive, she listened to my needs and she showed me several options. I did not feel “sold” to and once I made the decision on the car she moved that process along timely and is very wise in how she handles each part of the process to keep you engaged and the time pass. The finance department was quick and fair and everyone I met with was professional and the whole process was about 4 hours. Maria Boynton is really top notch and I would send everyone I know to her. This entire process is the easiest car buying experience I have has. The other thing worth mentioning is everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and not miserable putting on a show for a customer. Everyone had respect for each other and the customers. That is rare in a dealership.”
