“Monty was amazing - He met us outside as we arrived, introduced himself, and made sue we immediately felt comfortable. He knew which vehicle we were interested in and gave us an extensive tour of the attributes and features. The process was amazingly simple thanks to Monty. He got our DMV registrations handled so the trade in was taken out of our names, and got the new vehicle listed as us. Monty helped us set of the new app on my phone, and showed me how to use it for everything, including remote start. They looked at the trade in and gave us a good price for it (which I was thrilled with) and then Monty introduced us to Anthony, our finance manager. As with Monty, Anthony knew what I was interested in for terms, length of loan, etc., and had literally everything ready for us. The tech was amazing since I could just sign in one or two spots and the program would not only move the signature to the next spot but even extract the initials. Anthony then actually offered us our paperwork on either flash drive or printed, and I chose the drive. Then back to Monty who took extraordinary time to re-introduce us to the vehicles features but moved Sirius XM from the old car to the new one, and helped me set up OnStar. I remember previous car purchases and even with exceptional credit ratings, they always made me feel a little like I was trying to "get away" with something. Not this dealership. Thank all of you - from Tiffany to Monty to Anthony for an outstanding experience.”

“Had the best experience here! The GM, Bill, was incredible and Lamont, who helped me with my purchase, was just as amazing!
The numbers made sense right away, no endless back-and-forth (which was such a relief).
I’m absolutely in love with my new Traverse and can’t recommend this dealership enough! Truly feels like I hit the jackpot finding these guys 🥳

“I’m very disappointed with our recent experience at Priority Chevrolet Greenbrier. We bought our car here two years ago, and it has been inspected at their facility three times total. We’ve never changed the headlights, yet this year’s inspection failed because the headlights were ‘illegally’ retrofitted to LEDs. That means the car was either illegally inspected the previous two times or the inspectors were negligent. We had to pay $130 to fix an issue that should never have been our responsibility.
Trying to get answers has been a frustrating loop of being sent back and forth between service and sales, with no accountability. Our original salesman, James McPhearson, was especially rude and kept cutting my husband off. He even told my husband that he called his phone so he needed to listen to him when my husband asked James to let him finish explaining our situation. James also told him not to call his number again before hanging up on him.
Until management addresses this and makes it right, I would caution anyone considering buying here. We will update this review if the situation is resolved.”

The entire experience was seamless, with professionalism built in from beginning to end. From start to finish, my experience at Priority Chevrolet was absolutely incredible! I recently traded in my 2020 Ford Mustang GT Premium for a beautiful Ford F-150 XLT Sport, and I can honestly say I have never been happier with a purchase — I absolutely love my new truck!
My first interaction was with Troy, the Vice President of Priority Auto, and his professionalism, kindness, and genuine passion for customer satisfaction set the tone for the entire experience. You can tell immediately that he leads with heart and integrity — the entire dealership reflects his commitment to treating every customer like family.
From there, I worked with James, my sales consultant, who was simply outstanding. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, walking me through every step as if he were helping his own family member buy a vehicle. I’ve bought several vehicles in my lifetime, but I’ve never had an experience like this one. It was rare, genuine, and truly unique. The entire team at Priority Chevrolet went above and beyond to make me feel valued, heard, and appreciated.
